Questions & Answers

Q: What is SKZ Del Luna in the Halloween story?

SKZ Del Luna is presented as a hotel-like trouble-solving service run by Lee Manwol and HAN Chansung. It has been slacking and has received no guests for 20 years, leaving its operators behind on monthly rent. The staff welcomes costumed visitors, hears their worries, and responds with games, tarot readings, improvised potions, gifts, reassurance, and comedy.

Q: How does the marble game at SKZ Del Luna work?

Each participant receives one marble and tries to move it as close as possible to the edge of the table. The marble nearest the edge wins. Although the staff initially discusses individual rounds, the guests and hosts decide to play in teams. The activity serves as practice for the anxious squid-game contestant, who says he feels much better afterward.

Q: How does SKZ Del Luna help the squid-game contestant?

The staff first listens to his concern that he is not good at games and feels anxious about participating in the squid game. They organize a marble practice round, reassure him after it ends, and prepare a relaxation mixture containing an anxiety-relieving aroma, patience, luck, and mistakes. They also offer a drawing, flowers, and wishes for success.

Q: What does Seung-roro want help with at SKZ Del Luna?

Seung-roro says that playing is his favorite activity and explains that his friends, including Crong and Poby, have left, leaving him alone. He wants to play more without becoming bored. The staff responds with a humorous tarot reading and a strong potion that is supposed to help him mature because he is described as 22 years old.

Q: What do the tarot cards reveal about Seung-roro?

Lee Manwol asks Seung-roro to select three cards representing his past, present, and future. The King of Swords is interpreted as evidence that he was kind, virtuous, sociable, and good-natured in the past. His present is described as lonely because his friends have gone, while his future supposedly involves continuing to play without a job.

Q: What ingredients go into the relaxation potion?

The potion for the squid-game contestant includes an aroma intended to relieve anxiety, one spoon of patience, two spoons of luck, and a small amount of mistakes. The mixer accidentally adds too many mistakes, creating another joke about the guest's chances. Despite the mishap, the staff says the drink should make him feel better and wishes him success.

Q: Why are the first guests important to SKZ Del Luna?

The squid-game contestant and Seung-roro are described as the establishment's first guests after 20 years without anyone seeking its services. Their arrival gives the struggling staff an opportunity to solve real concerns through games, readings, and potions. After the pair leaves satisfied, Lee Manwol says he feels proud for the first time in 1,300 years.

Q: What troubles do Elsa and Peter Pan bring to the hotel?

Elsa says she has a cold and has lost her usual voice, but her main worry is that her power might hurt people around her against her will. Peter Pan explains that he has already grown up but remains short and wants to become taller. The staff jokes about his muscular appearance and tells him that becoming taller may be too late.
