There is also a productivity gain. Confusing systems force every participant to become an amateur detective. They search forums, interpret vague notices, and infer hidden incentives from repeated outcomes. Clear explanations return that time to creation, commerce, and cooperation.

The goal is not to eliminate all disagreement. That would be impossible and undesirable. The goal is to make disagreement productive by turning it into information about the rules.
