The presence of ambitious peers provides the encouragement and support necessary to fuel their determination. Ambitious people, regardless of age, are often starved for the kind of motivation they would receive from like-minded individuals.

In the realm of startups, determination is the key ingredient for success. While talent is valuable, it is determination that propels entrepreneurs to overcome obstacles, persevere through failures, and ultimately achieve their goals. Therefore, aspiring founders should focus not only on honing their skills but also on cultivating a strong sense of determination.
