A mature society is not the one with the loudest voices. It is the one with the finest instruments for hearing what those voices cannot hear.

The practical task, then, is larger than demanding a place in the spotlight. It is learning to create and inhabit networks where perception can travel. We can become better listeners, better archivists, better translators, and better stewards of weak signals.

The question is not simply whether you are being heard. Ask instead: What is the world around you failing to sense, and what connection could help that knowledge take root?
