That is not merely a storytelling problem. It exposes a deeper question about talent, learning, and performance: When does an improvement become a genuine change in identity rather than a numerical upgrade or a polished outcome?

The answer is more demanding than simply getting better. Real growth requires two things at once: a new capability and a visible, repeatable way of producing it. Without the first, there is no improvement. Without the second, improvement becomes difficult to trust, understand, or sustain.
