They become resilient by meeting challenges that are demanding, specific, and survivable, then using the feedback to choose the next one.
The best schedule is therefore not the one that makes you feel most accomplished by evening. It is the one that leaves you with a little more capability, a clearer understanding of what needs work, and enough order to return tomorrow.
