The videos that get the most views on crypto YouTube are the ones like make your first million dollars in crypto, how to make $10 million in crypto, how to make $500,000 in crypto. But no one is actually giving practical advice on how to make your first $10,000 in crypto because $10,000 is not an unachievable number for the average person. If you follow the steps that I outlined in today's video, I think you have a great chance
of making $10K sooner rather than later, even with a bankroll of as little as $50 to $100. So this is a no BS guide of how to actually make your first $10K in crypto. And that is honestly the hardest part. The people that end up becoming crypto millionaires, it all started with their first $10K. How are you supposed to put size into an altcoin trade that you have high conviction in or stack a bunch of Bitcoin if you don't have the capital to do so?
You need to make that initial capital, and that is where today's video comes in. By the end, you're going to be an expert at making not only your first $10K, to be honest, this video could get you to $50K to $100K because some of the strategies I'll talk about, they may become less effective as you start getting into six-figure territory, but you can definitely implement them with a few tweaks on your journey.
So even if you're watching this and you already have $20,000, $30,000, $50,000, I still think it's an applicable video for you. So if you do enjoy content like this, where I teach you how to get an edge in the crypto market, click the subscribe button down below and hit that post notification bell for Crypto Alpha. Step number one is embracing your low liquidity edge. Here's the truth, and it's actually very good for you if you don't have much money.
There are actually a lot of opportunities to make $10,000 in crypto, which aren't available to the people trading with a bigger bankroll. If you have millions of dollars, the way that you trade to compound that wealth is far different from when you don't have a lot of capital. Also, as your size gets bigger, it becomes harder to trade on-chain meme coins and on-chain coins in general because of liquidity constraints, whereas if you have a small bankroll, you're
free to basically chop in and out of the market, and you're not going to be impacting price. If you have a $50 clip into 10 million market cap meme coin, you might spike price by 10% and get terrible slippage if you're trading with a lot of capital. So step number one is embracing the fact that you actually have an edge. So don't moan that, oh, I don't have money like these guys. How am I supposed to make it with only $300?
No, you actually have a huge advantage in the market, and for the rest of these steps, I want you to keep that in mind. Step two, I think this is an extremely high leverage thing for you to do if you don't have a lot of capital. You've got to be airdrop farming. There are so many crazy incentive programs at the moment for you to be able to make money with airdrops that are actually less saturated than they used to be.
In 2022, 2023, there was a huge airdrop boom. Everyone was farming airdrops, but that's kind of dried up, and I think off the back of some weaker major launches in the market like Layer Zero and ZK Sync, people have kind of lost trust with airdrops. But what I'm actually noticing from my lens is that a lot of the newer projects, which are building great technology, whether it be perpetual DEXs, AI protocols, et cetera,
they're looking to genuinely reward real users of their protocols. They're getting even stricter on cyber farming, which makes it difficult to run industrial scale airdrop farming operations. But it actually opens up the door for the little guy, which might be you in this example, to actually make more money proportionately because they're sibling off a bunch of wallets. So if you are a real genuine user and you are testing real products in the space, the
landscape's actually never been better for you to make money in crypto. What are some actionable things that you can do? Well, the first thing is I would create a dedicated X list following some of the top airdrop farmers in the space. The crypto rank, for example, has a great airdrop section. Make sure you follow them and check out their website. There are other great creators in the space. Create a dedicated list and use that as your ideation feed for you to go and do your own
research. I've also got airdrop guides on the channel. We'll link some resources in the description below for a lot of the steps that we're talking about in today's video and in my discord, my Myles High Club premium community as well. If you are fortunate enough to be in that group, we have a dedicated airdrop hub where we have our airdrop expert every single day posting the latest updates. So don't force it too much.
Try and genuinely like use products that you care about. And that is also going to end up reflecting in the allocation that you get. For example, people received a big hyper liquid airdrop and that was just a product that was genuinely good to use. My other piece of advice is get really diligent with tracking stuff. And I think in today's day and age with ChachiBT, you could have your, you know, an iPad or
another tab open and your microphone. And as you're clicking buttons, you can basically just, you know, voice memo and tell her what you're doing. Hey, today I'm farming the hyper liquid airdrop. I just, you know, deposited 2000 USDC into my account. I opened a trade on 10X leverage. I did this, I did that. And it can keep it up to date for you and you can ask ChachiBT to actually create a spreadsheet to actually track your airdrop farming.
So you could get really scientific about this and pick an exact time of the week. For example, Sundays at 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. you have in your calendar airdrop farming session. And then you use ChachiBT as your assistant to make sure that you're ticking the boxes that you need to tick. Step number three. This is a brand new meta. It's similar to airdrop farming, but it is extremely different. This is farming social capital.
So the birth of these new social engagement and AI analytics platforms like Kaito and Cookie have completely changed the game when it comes to marketing in crypto. What projects are doing in exchange for marketing on these platforms and utilizing their services, they're actually giving airdrops to the users of the platform. So basically, if you create content on X about a certain project, you're going to generate
yaps or snaps depending on what platform you use. And this is going to give you points that are eventually redeemable for an airdrop when the time comes. So my advice would be create a public X account. There's never been a better time than to become a Twitter creator. Now you don't need to be a creator as in a full time job. You can just do it for fun. Use your X to document your real thoughts every day.
Set yourself a challenge every morning. I'm going to post three posts about crypto. Let's say you buy hyper liquid. Just say, hey, it's a hyper liquid at 38 showing good strength. The recent Bitcoin dip on the weekend gave me a good entry. Just post that right document and you never know. You might actually go viral like back in 2020 and 2021 when I really blew up on X, it was Twitter at the time. I was just documenting things for fun.
I was sharing my DeFi strategies. I was sharing coins that I was spotting in DeFi ecosystems. I was sharing my thesis, some right, some wrong. I was just sharing everything and documenting it publicly and I organically blew up. And then everyone's like, Mars, you should start a YouTube channel. And I was like, OK, I'll start one. Maybe you don't end up being a big creator, but at the very least, having some sort of
social presence is going to enable you to get access to these incentive campaigns on cookie and kaito. One big tip that I have is make use of reply guy. So make a list of big creators with smart engagement, because these platforms are engineered to give you more points if you are engaging with smart people or inner circle CT people and just reply to them. Don't use AI agent spammy replies. Give genuine feedback on their posts.
Odds are you probably won't get a response from big creators. But if you throw enough darts, eventually going to hit the bullseye, right? So if you reply to 20 creators a day, one to two might reply to you over the span of a month or a week. Someone might actually end up following you. I've actually ended up hiring people that I just knew about because they reply guy. Don't underestimate the power of doing it.
You don't need a lot of followers to actually get access to these airdrops. So cookie and kaito are the two. There are more. Those are the ones that I primarily use. I actually think going from zero to 10k is very hard. It's harder than going from 10 to 50. In crypto, you just need that first bit of capital to start upping the stakes. My next step, step number four. This is a non-traditional one, but one that I think is definitely worth pursuing.
And if you are willing to go the extra mile, this can be the biggest game changer. There is no secret that in investing, your capital isn't really what matters. In my opinion, it's your income. Any way that you can actually increase your income outside of crypto, ironically, makes you better at crypto and allows you to take more risk in crypto. Now, step four specifically that I want to highlight is on web three opportunities.
There are so many opportunities within the space to actually get work and increase your income, even on a part-time basis, whether it be moderating in discords, working in business development for a project, working as a researcher for a project, or even working as a creator. I think the best way to start is by developing a social presence, even a few thousand followers that can get you leveraged to get in the door and become a business developer at a project.
But you'll often find, right, crypto companies, they're always struggling to find good talent. Even myself, if you follow me in X, you'll notice I post multiple hiring calls on like a monthly basis and on discord as well, because we're always expanding the team. So I know firsthand that the pool is not as strong as it could be. So I'm telling you right now, if you just get half serious, develop some hard skills,
whether it be business development, you can ask to build you a roadmap to learning business development in crypto, right? If you can't think for yourself, it's fine, the AI will build a plan for you. You can actually get a knowledge of how to become a business developer in crypto just through that. Or if you want to be a moderator in crypto, or if you want to work for a project community management, yes, it'll help you get to your first 10k, first 50, 100k.
But what it'll actually do is it'll help you build your network within the space. So you're going to network with like minded people, you're going to meet the founders of big projects. And crypto is such a networking game. People with the strongest networks end up being the most successful. That in and of itself is an edge. You might work for a project, right, it might end up blowing up, and you actually might
get some equity or some tokens for being involved. And then when they launch their next project, those founders, if you've done a good job for them, they might give you an allocation. So instead of thinking short minded, oh, I'm only making $1,000 a month, I'm only making $2,000 a month from this, think long term, like that network could be valued at hundreds of thousands. And I think that's a mistake a lot of people make, not just in crypto, but in life in general,
they underestimate the value of network and they think about short term money. There are some investments in life that you'll need to make. For example, going to crypto conferences that might cost you $1,000, booking the hotel might cost you another $500, but you might meet a few people there, which end up down the track making you $100,000. You don't know unless you put yourself in that situation. It's true for crypto, it's true for life.
Step number five, this is critically important. If you're to do all these things, network in the space, reply guy on X, airdrop farm, you're going to need a diligent routine. At the end of the day, you can have the best plan in the world, but you need to be able to implement it. The best way to do that is to build a great morning routine that is in line with your goals. What I recommend is you have a routine that actually facilitates your goals.
For example, my abbreviated morning routine, and I'll leave the full video in the description below, which is the long version, which goes into a lot more detail. But for the sake of today's video, my abbreviated routine is I'll check the news overnight, I'll go through X, I'll bookmark tweets, I will ideate my own tweets, which actually helps me think and be creative and get content ideas just through reading other tweets and
ideating. I go through all my portfolios, I look at all my key levels on all of my charts, I look at what performed in terms of relative strength that day, then I go on to X, I do a scan, I go into Telegram, I go into my Discord, Myles High Club community, I'll look through the post there, I'll respond to questions. And then I feel like after that routine, I'm pretty well prepped for the day and I know what's going on.
The overall point I want to make today is that you just need a strict routine. If you have a bit of spare time, it could even be 15 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes on your lunch break, and then 20 to 30 minutes at night. And maybe you flush out a one to two hour session on the weekend where you go a bit deeper into airdrop farming, trading, and potentially creating content. You can even batch content on the weekends and schedule it throughout the week.
I definitely think having a good routine in crypto, but also in life is very, very important. Consistency is everything in life, guys. Doing the things you don't want to do, but you're supposed to do every single day is just going to give you a huge leg up long term. You won't realize it overnight, you might not realize it in a day, but you'll look back at a couple of years and you'll be like, wow, like that really compounded.
So yeah, the best time to plant a tree was yesterday. The next best time is today. I had people telling me in 2015, 2016, it was too late to start a YouTube channel. I got told that again in 2020. I got told that again when I restarted in 2021. And today I'm recommending to my friends to start YouTube channels. Tip number six is to learn to invest first and trade later. Now, this might sound controversial because some people might come into the space and
want to learn to be traders. That's fine. But what I found is that having a solid understanding of how crypto works, having a long term portfolio, understanding how macro affects crypto, understanding how trends and mindshare affects price performance, that made me a better trader. If I wanted to become a full time day trader, I believe I could be highly successful now because I understand how psychology and markets work.
And if I pair that up with technical knowledge and a technical system, it'd be a slam dunk because fundamentals combined with technicals, which is risk management, is the perfect combo in crypto. But if you're going to pick one of the two, especially just getting to your first 10K, learn to invest first. Like even if you have a thousand dollars, just allocate a small percentage of that investing in some low to mid cap projects longer term.
Yeah, you might even blow your money. It could be the cost of tuition, but you'll learn a lot through those investments. So invest first, and then you'll be able to trade later because you'll have an idea of momentum, risk management, emotional control, and all of that stuff are really important prerequisites for trading. And the last step that I'm going to share with you today, but it's extremely important.
If you want to make your first 10K in crypto, the low risk investing is not going to get you there. Buying Bitcoin is not going to get you there. I mean, maybe with $2,000, Bitcoin might 5X in 5 to 10 years and make you 10K. But like, realistically, if you want to make your first 10K in crypto, you've got to take some risk. You've got to play the narrative game. You probably have to play the altcoin game.
You have to play the airdrop farming game. You're not this big investment fund manager investor type yet. You're not playing that game. You're trying to make your first 10K. And yeah, at times you're going to have to take on more risk. You're going to have to trade a bunch of degen on chain stuff because that's where the outsized opportunities are and asymmetric risk reward is for lower portfolio. In my Discord, for example, the Mars High Club community, which if you want to level
up your crypto game, I think that's the best community in crypto to join. We are teaching people how to trade on chain. And I'm going to have a series that actually teaches people how to do this in the future on the Discord. Investing a little bit of capital monthly into some of the top groups with some top minds that can speed up your learning process, I think that is a positive ROI investment as well. So the money it takes to join my community, you're going to not only build a better network,
you're going to build more skills. You're going to learn how we think, people that have been in the industry for six, seven, eight years firsthand. We have seven live mentorship sessions per week. All of this stuff's going to speed up your process. If you think there's a better one in the space, I recommend that you join it because I think that by compounding mindshare and learning of people that are smarter than you, that
is going to make you a better trader or investor. But of course, those are the steps that I would take if you want to make your first $10,000 in crypto. But honestly, these steps probably will get you to $100,000 if you follow them. As you go from $10,000, now you start to unlock the investing game a bit more. Having a $5,000 Solana bag now becomes an option or a hyper liquid bag or something like that becomes more of an option when you have 10 to 20K versus $1,000.
When you have $1,000, you might invest $100 in hyper liquid and make two, 300. It's not really moving the needle. The better thing at that level to do is just increase your income, land some airdrops, which could be five times that hyper liquid trade. So you just have to understand the right vehicle for the right period that you're in. And if you're under $10,000, I think the vehicles in today's video will get you there a lot
quicker and then you can start to tweak things and get to a higher level. I did a video on how to make your first $100,000 recently, and that is also teaching some of the more advanced strategies. But I wanted to make a basic guide today because as I said earlier in the video, a bunch of creators are always making these videos and I'm guilty of this sometimes of like make a million dollars, make this, but like the average person, maybe they don't want to make
a million. Maybe you just want to make $10,000 and that's fine too. That's how you make your first 10. I'll see you in the next video. Have a lovely rest of your day. Bye.
