Hello, this is Jessica from AdBrew. Today we'll walk through the steps to connect a new account to AdBrew. It's important to note that you need to be an admin to add or remove an account. Begin by clicking on the Organization button, then switch to Accounts Manager. Here, you'll see a list of all the accounts currently connected to your organization. If you're an admin, you'll spot the Add Account button.
To add an advertising account, simply click on Add Account. Then, choose whether you want to add an Amazon or a Walmart account. We'll proceed with an Amazon account for now. This will redirect you to Amazon's login page where you'll need to authorize AdBrew to access your account. Once you've logged in and granted AdBrew access, you'll return to this page. Here, you can name the account, set target ACAUSE, select the country for the account,
and choose the account you wish to add from the drop-down menu. If you've already added some accounts, they'll be grayed out to prevent duplication. Select an account and click on Create Account to add it. Now, let's return to the Accounts Manager page. After adding the advertising account, we recommend adding the seller and vendor accounts. This gives AdBrew access to organic data, including total sales,
and allows for a more comprehensive view of your performance. To do this, navigate to Seller and Vendor Account. For a new account, this page will be blank. Click on Add Account and select either Seller or Vendor Central, depending on the advertising account added earlier. For this example, we'll proceed with Seller Central. Clicking on Next will prompt you to log in with Amazon to provide access for the Seller Central
account. Once completed, the Seller Central account will be connected with the advertising account on AdBrew, granting you access to both performance and organic data. Imagine you're working in an agency where you don't have full access to your client's account, but you still need to connect the Seller Central with AdBrew. In this scenario, you can generate an authorization link by clicking here. This link can be shared with your client or end user, allowing them to log into their
Seller Central or Vendor Central account without needing to create an AdBrew user account. This process grants AdBrew access to view the necessary data from the Seller or Vendor Central with the appropriate permissions. Upon clicking, a new authorization link will be generated, which can then be copied and shared with the end user. Once this step is completed, you can click on Finish. In the third tab, you'll find the Authorization Request.
Any newly created authorization link, like the one we just generated, will appear in this table, displaying its current status. For instance, it will show as Pending until the login process is completed by the end user. Once completed, the status will update and the Seller or Vendor account will be connected. Returning to the Advertising Account section, for each account, you'll find a small pencil icon indicating Edit.
Upon clicking, you'll be able to name the account, add Target ACAUS, set a monthly budget, plan a monthly budget, and have the option to link an AMC instance or a DSP advertiser. If desired, these can also be removed. After making your changes, click on Update Account to save them. Should you wish to remove an account, simply click here. This action will send a notification to AdBrew, where the removal will be handled on the backend.
That's everything you need to know about adding or removing accounts. Thank you. I'll see you in the next tutorial.
