Gotham City has been the hive for most of the twisted villains of DC comics, and all thanks to our cape crusader, Batman, to hold these crazy psychopaths of Gotham from bringing the city down to ruins. Despite all their attempts to crush justice, Batman managed to come out victorious in the end. They all gave decent fights, but this one character, Dr. Thomas Elliot aka Hush is always stepped ahead of Batman and is also at par with in terms of hand-to-hand combat. Created by Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee, the character first appeared in Batman issue 609 as a part of the 12 issue storyline “Batman: Hush” published in January 2003.
