Here’s a hint… it has to do with exercise. You know I want you to move your body every day. The reason why is because I want you to be healthy. Health for me is not about how you look, it’s about how you feel on the inside. Decades of research shows the fastest way to feel good on the inside is to move your outside and break a sweat every day.
Now I hate exercising. If I could do anything OTHER than exercise, I would. I use science to trick myself. In this video, I show you how to use a “trigger” to hack motivation to exercise.
