📚 This Week's Reading List
Bits of Advice I Wish I Had Known by
Kevin Kelly (9min)
This is a list of great life lessons and advice.
"Speak confidently as if you are right, but listen
carefully as if you are wrong.", "A great way to
understand yourself is to seriously reflect on
everything you find irritating in others.", "If you
repeated what you did today 365 more times will you
be where you want to be next year?"

Email newsletters are older than the web, and paid
newsletters are older than the internet. Though it’s
easier to pay for an email than a web
page, making it paid is and was really hard.
That’s the first problem Substack solved. Also,

can own your content, but that’s trivial - it’s the
network that matters.
You Need to Do to Stop Holding Yourself Back
by Deb Liu (8min)
Deb Liu shares good life lessons and advice that
helped herself. Let go of perfectionism. Break
free of the sunk cost fallacy. Stop ruminating.
Think of your future self. Make space for the small
things. Look forward, not back. Run your own race.
Embrace the risk of being judged.
