& Learning Breakthrough: It Turns Out That
The Ancients Were Right by Michael
Simmons (17min)
While we teach, we learn. Teaching (sharing
knowledge) is one of the noblest things we can do
with our short time on this planet. It's a way to
achieve immortality. The noblest attitude will
reside in other people's minds, and then it'll be
passed on to other people.

Why
Tacit Knowledge is More Important Than
Deliberate Practice by Cedric
Chin (14min)
Tacit knowledge is the knowledge that cannot be
captured through words alone. Tacit knowledge
instruction happens through things like imitation,
emulation, and apprenticeship. You learn by copying
what the master does, blindly, until you internalise
the principles behind the actions. We should
act as if tacit knowledge were a fact, because it is
more useful to think about ways to gain that tacit
knowledge directly, instead of hoping for some
breakthrough to make tacit knowledge explicit.
