These 3,016 employees (61.5% male; 38.5% located in the United States; 63 countries represented) were randomly assigned to one of three experimental conditions: a gender-bias training, a general-bias training, or a control training.
The gender-bias condition discussed only gender bias and stereotyping, whereas the general-bias condition included information on additional social categories (e.g., race and sexual orientation) in addition to gender.
