In other words, when members of a group—be they human beings or chickens—focus only on competing their way to the top, they are likely to peck one another to death. When they work to lift one another up, however, everybody wins.
But while we all need periods of solitude from time to time in order to reflect and recharge, isolation is never the cure for what ails us in life.
But now they have come to the conclusion that people work faster, are more creative, and are more collaborative when they are surrounded by others.
