The problem is not lack of context. It is context collapse:
Context is an agent’s understanding of the relationships between the elements of the agent’s environment.
But, did you know that the separation between the environment, the object, and the user is mostly artificial and that they’re all part of one dynamic system?
Much of the academic work on sensemaking has been about how people close the gap between their learned experience and a newly encountered technology or corporate environment.
