Have you ever stopped to consider the quality of your thinking?
NLP is defined as ‘the study of your subjective experience'; it's about how you communicate with others and with yourself. In NLP the more you pay attention to how you think as well as what you think about, the more you will achieve the results that you want.
NLP is based on the idea that you experience the world through your senses and translate sensory information into thought processes, both conscious and unconscious. Thought processes activate the neurological system (hence the neuro part of NLP) that affects physiology, emotions, and behaviour.
NLP talks about present state and desired state.
An intent isn't as specific as a goal, but about how you are; a way of being that informs your action.
