he Autumn Equinox can be seen as an invitation to take stock. 

We can take our lead from the seasons, allowing ourselves to 'harvest' the good, recognising what we are grateful for. As the trees let go of their leaves, we can take time to reflect on what we can let go of that no longer serves us, allowing for more spaciousness and balance. 

We take the invitation from the coming darker, cooler days to turn inwards, allowing ourselves more space to focus down into our roots. Reflecting on what we might need in order to nourish and care for ourselves in this and the coming seasons.
